We are happy to make house calls, but if you have a tight schedule, you may drop it off or we can do pickup and delivery. Whatever works best for you!

• IT services provided include remote connection to your computer, help desk support via phone or on-site visits during business hours. No contract needed. Service provided on a month-to-month basis.

Diagnostic services are free with the following condition: If diagnostic services are performed, and you decide not to have the recommended service performed, a charge of $40 will be assessed. If you do decide to have the recommended service performed, then a $40 discount will be given on the work performed, making the diagnostic service, in effect, "free".

We are located on the north side of The Block at Orange, just south of Chapman Avenue, in close proximity to the 22, 5 and 57 freeways. You are encouraged to drop your computer off. We will work on your computer while shop or dine at The Block!

We still do mobile on-site repairs. We encourage walk-ins to a secure office facility that focuses on great customer service and a comfortable atmosphere. We ensure a safe environment for your electronics and take ESD procedures seriously. Cross streets are Chapman and Manchester.  From Chapman, turn south on Manchester, pass the first stop sign and enter the parking structure just past our building. Upon entering, visitor parking is straight ahead. Handicapped spaces and more visitor parking are on the right. Your parking ticket will be validated, so please bring it with you.

We have a dolly to transport your big, bulky desktop, so you don't have to worry about carrying your PC or the danger of dropping it. Just let us know and we'll be down as soon as possible to assist you!
