We are also properly licensed with the state of California, carry a seller's permit and have proper credentials with the cities we operate in. We also carry general liability insurance of 2 million dollars coverage. So, we're not the type that work out of our homes or the trunk of our car. We have the needed tools and the lab required to do most jobs, with proper ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) policies in place that ensure the safety of your electronic equipment. In short, we're a legitimate business, working for you!

We are certified with many companies, notably Sony. We are current as a Microsoft Partner. We are also certified with Fujitsu Corporation, specializing in POS (Point of Sale) machines, such as cash registers, self-check scanning systems. We do repair work on printers, especially HPs and provide cleaning and maintenance of these machines.

Our company has existed in many forms since 1992. At one point in time, we designed web pages for clients, but moved into the hardware repair arena, providing sales and services of both computers, accessories, and software. We have gained almost 20 years experience by providing IT support for private corporations and other small companies, including desktop/laptop deployment, break/fix services, installations/setups and many other functions. We have also built computers to customer specifications for both gaming and corporate use.

We are registered with the state of California (E85136). Go to www.dca.ca.gov for verification. We hold applicable licenses and carry a general liability insurance policy. We have a retail seller's permit with the Board of Equalization (SR EA 101-236840) for collection of sales tax and E-Waste recycling fees, which are paid on an annual basis. We are a legitimate company, doing legitimate work for you, our customers.

In this economy we're all searching for a deal with no sacrifice to service. Well, Patrick at Boyd certainly delivers. My aunt picked up a nasty virus and once again I used Yelp's zip code search. Patrick is more of a mobile IT guy but he stated that he also does personal computers. Keep in mind he offers free pick up and delivery. Two days later my aunt had her computer back up and running tip-top. He gave us an upfront estimate which did not result in any upcharges and he delivered exactly what was promised and then some. Forget the BLEEP Squad and take your PC to a truly qualified technician. We won't take our computers to anyone else. Can't recommend Patrick enough.
